What you need to do to GUARANTEE AN APPOINTMENT!
- A non-refundable/transferrable booking deposit is required to secure your spot and will go towards your service. Deposits of rescheduled appointments will be credited to the future service of any style A DIFFERENT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN PURCHASING BUNDLES or WIGS AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Keep in mind the amount of the deposit is deducted from your total balance.
- Please be sure to add all the correct add-ons when booking your appointment to ensure you are getting the exact service and products that you need.
- Extensions must be CLEAN, dry, free of thread and product, and ready for installation. no cut up pieces of wefts.
- NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed in the studio during your appointment. They will be asked to leave.
- No call No show no refund. There will be a fee of $10 if you are late. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! Please be considerate of my time and others.
- All sales are FINAL.
